What to expect

From enquiry to your plan

  1. Step 1

    A conversation with your concierge

We get to know you, what you are interested in and any practical needs, then help arrange a consultation at a convenient location.

  2. Step 2

    Meeting your clinician

Your clinician asks about your goals, concerns and dental history, and listens to what matters to you.

  3. Step 3

    Examination and records

An examination of your teeth, gums and bite. Photographs, X-rays or scans may be taken if needed.

  4. Step 4

    Your options and written plan

Your clinician explains suitable options, including benefits, risks and alternatives, and provides a written plan and estimate.

  5. Step 5

    Coordinating what comes next

If you decide to go ahead, your concierge helps coordinate appointments and any practical arrangements.

Consultations usually take 45 to 60 minutes. Your concierge will confirm the details, location and any fees before you attend.

FAQs

Common questions

Is there a fee for the consultation?

Consultation fees depend on the type of assessment and any records needed, such as X-rays or 3D scans. Our concierge team will confirm the fee with you when you book, so there are no surprises.

Will I know the cost before treatment begins?

Yes. Before any treatment starts you will receive a written treatment plan with an itemised estimate. If your plan changes, we will explain why and provide an updated estimate before proceeding.

I feel anxious about dental treatment. Can you help?

Many people feel this way, and you are welcome to tell us. Your clinician will explain each step, agree on a signal to pause, and talk with you about options that may help you feel more comfortable, including sedation where clinically appropriate.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book a consultation directly with our concierge team. If you have been referred by another practitioner, let us know and we will coordinate with them.
